School Uniform Exchange Policy

At Wow Design Ink, we want every student to have the correct size for their Saint Mary’s School uniform. Since uniform orders are processed directly through the school and we do not collect payment, we are unable to issue refunds.

Exchanges are available for size adjustments only on the exact same item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in their original condition. Exchanges can only be made for the same style, color, and logo — no substitutions.

To request an exchange, please submit our School Uniform Exchange Form. Bring the item to the Saint Mary’s School office. A replacement in the correct size will be delivered back to the school once available.

No refunds will be given, as payments are collected by the school, not by Wow Design Ink. Personalized or customized items (such as names or initials) cannot be exchanged. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and if a requested size is on backorder, we will notify you by email.
